Each of these questionnaires is designed to follow a child from birth to age 5. Taken at specific age intervals, ASQ can help determine if a child is on track in all aspects of growth. Finding a child’s strengths and weaknesses can help parents/providers/professionals work with children to help them reach their fullest potential before they enter into school. It is an opportunity to give all children a GREAT START!
We encourage you to use both questionnaires for each child to get the most complete picture of their growth.
