DHS Child Development and Care (CDC) Assistance
You may be eligible for financial assistance for licensed or registered child care. The Child Development and Care (CDC) program payment can be used for most day care centers, group day care homes or family day care homes licensed by the Michigan Department of Human Services, Office of Children & Adult Services; or for most relative providers or day care aides enrolled with the Department of Human Services.

ChildCare Commitment Program (Funded by Women's Caring Program)
ChildCare Commitment provides a one-time financial support grant for childcare expenses to low-income families. The grants are awarded during the year on a first-come, first-served basis as funds become available. Applicants who complete a Pre-Application Form and mails it to Lansing will be added to the waiting list upon receipt. When funds become available, the full program application and instructions will be mailed to the applicant.
