DHS Billing

The 4C of the U.P. offers billing assistance to licensed and registered providers and child care/relative aides. This assistance includes help with the billing process, information on obtaining PIN (we do not give PIN numbers), support in applying for internet billing, etc. Please contact us with any questions.

For questions about a specific payment or your billing statement, please call 1-800-444-5364 (M-F, except during holidays, 7:30am to 5:15pm) After the initial message you will be given the option of pressing 1 for Child Day Care Providers - this is automated. Press 2 for all other inquiries will get you an operator to speak with.
