Partnership Application

Your partnership recognizes you as belonging to a professional organization and can be used toward the CDA credentialing program. You will receive a partnership card.

4C has made available to our partners an extensive lending library including books, audio and video materials. Each 4C office throughout the U.P. has a lending library with the largest in the regional office in Marquette.

You will receive the 4C Child Care Gazette quarterly newsletter which includes all training available to child care providers and parents.

Your partnership supports the values of Child Advocacy through financial donations. With your commitment, we can continue to work toward bettering the quality of life of children and their families.

Your partnership contribution supports child care advocacy and is tax deductible to the legal limit of the law.
